The Steaks & Ribs blend by chef D. Kotsivos stands out for its innovative recipe, which includes espresso coffee. Using coffee in marinades and spice rubs is uncommon, but it imparts a unique flavor and aromatic intensity to the meats.

Espresso coffee helps create a rich, earthy taste with light smoky notes, while enhancing the natural flavor of the meat. Combined with brown sugar, smoked paprika, and spices, the coffee adds depth and a bittersweet note that balances the other ingredients.

This innovative approach makes the blend ideal for meats cooked at high temperatures, as it helps form a crispy crust and rich aroma.

Ingredients: Espresso coffee (20%), salt (20%), brown sugar (18%), cedar, sumac, sweet & smoked paprika, allspice, mustard powder.

Instructions: Rub or sprinkle the mixture over your meat, using 1 tablespoon (10g) per 1 kg of meat. Let it sit for at least 15 minutes before cooking.
